The biographic information

Ostapenko G.I. was born on January 8 1949 in the Rostov region. In 1972 he has graduated the Chemical faculty of Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute on the speciality Technology of Electrochemical Productions. Therein in 1979 he has defended a candidate thesis on the theme: "Investigation and development of the silver electrode for chemical cells with the solid electrolyte RbAg4I5".

Then he worked the senior lecturer of the Physics Chair of the Kustanay Agricultural Institute. Since 1989 Ostapenko G.I. worked the senior researcher on the Beryllic Plant of the Ulba Metallurgical Combine, Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Since 1994 Ostapenko G.I. was the senior lecturer and chief of the Physics Chair of the Ulyanovsk Agricultural Institute. Since 1998 he is a senior scientific worker of the Ulyanovsk Division of the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of Russian Academy of Sciences.
