Ulyanovsk Branch of the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of Russian Academy of Sciences (UB IRE RAS) is the state research institution. The basic goal of the Branch is the fundamental research in the fields of radio engineering, radiophysics, fiber optics, optoelectronics, and informatics. The Branch carries out applied researches in the field of development of new scientific instruments.
